PHP Catchable fatal error: Object of class CMB2_Field could not be converted to string

Hi,

I am trying to put this script as a standalone script in my WordPress site, and have copied the files and pointed to them properly. I have had to comment out line 31 (add_action( 'plugins_loaded', array( $this, 'setup_plugin_updater' ), 10, 1 );) in my installation as that would bring about a 500 error, but now I am being given the error

Object of class CMB2_Field could not be converted to string

whenever I try to display the field in my options page. The array I have used is the exact same one you have in your README file, except it is inside a $cmb->add_field variable, as every other field in my options page is. If I include your field, it will include the title, but not load the field, and every field afterwards will not load either.
