Don't actually move files when in dry mode, just indicate which ones would be moved!

You don't want it to add an 'INBOX' tag to your mails when there is the more native 'inbox' tag in alot

Should help performance with large maildir folders

This won't work with the current infrastructure, since rules is a (ordered) dict so far. will probably need rule objects by that time.
In that context you may wanna reconsider the tag syntax (!spam vs -spam)

Rename TagSyncher into MailMover

The TagSyncher has become way too flexible to carry that designation any longer. It can be used to move mails according to arbitrary notmuch queries.
