An experimental Prometheus metric exporter for Bitcoin Core based on Userspace, Statically Defined Tracing and eBPF.

This demo is based on code released in Bitcoin Core version 23.0.

The bitcoind-observer is written in Rust and open source. Code can be found on github.com/0xb10c/bitcoind-observer.

Crash at start

Hey,

Tried to run it, and it crashes:

Am I doing something wrong?

bitcoind.observer is down

getting a 502 error

Support attaching to multiple processes using the same binary

Something along the lines of:

1. list the PIDs of all path/to/bitcoind processes
2. attach to each
3. set the PID as Prometheus label
