King of Fighters (98/02) drops inputs at the beginning of the rounds

This is a weird one. In the two KOF games I've tested, kof98 and kof2002, I have to "wiggle" the keyboard controls a little because some of them seem stuck at the beginning of each round of a match.

I have also seen that in KOF98, when pressing the Start button on the Team Order screen, the smiley faces will appear and disappear as if there was a turbo button effect for the Start.

Add 3P/3K macros

I'm a poor keyboard warrior that'd like to avoid ghosting issues, so having macros such as 3P/3K available directly on the emulator prevents a lot of pain.

I'm also happy to work on it myself if you give me a heads up on setting up the project and more or less which files need to be updated!

Add option to block screensaver

Using the gamepad to play will trigger a screensaver - add an option to disable screensaver when window is in focus.

Hi, finally a FBA port for Mac. I wonder in what version of FBA is based? I just want to match this port with the correct romset. Thanks!

Improved controller configuration, control sets

Controller configuration needs to support the notion of sets - e.g. to allow user to set default configuration for all SF or Neo-Geo games.

Fix gamepad support for players 2-x

Current implementation always maps gamepad inputs to P1 - fix so that additional gamepads map to other players

Failed to import neogeo.zip file

Tried too many neogeo.zip files, but it seems the emulator does not see the files even if they were successfully imported to the roms directory.

MacOs: Catalina (10.15.7).
