VSCode likely to have off by line number error now

New changes to the highlighting mean that we don't need to do the thing where we subtract the line number from the start index anymore. In Emacs I now just have to subtract one probably because Emacs isn't zero indexed or something:

VSCode will likely need a small change as well.

Firefox chooses wrong extension for Sublime package

When downloading the sublime package Firefox uses the .zip extension while other browsers (Safari, Chrome) behave and download Mirror.sublime_package.

Not sure why this is happening but its a bummer.

Make a website

This also includes documenting installation instructions for each extension likely as pages on the website.

Add sublime text commands to sublime top menus.

So far as I can tell this is the standard way to interact with an extension like this. This is how Floobits does it. Should ask Moses.

Highlight editor selection when get started button is pressed

I don't think there is enough visual indication that is the next step at the moment.

Create launch page for new mirroring session

Editors should open this when a session is created instead of attempting to display it themselves.

Off by N error when selection starts/ends at EOL

N = # of whitespace between actual selection and closest character

Add metrics to go code about number of sessions processed

Would be nice to have some information about:

• Duration of sessions
• Average sessions per hour
