Add a flag to select a specific compiler version

Overview

As a user, I would like to generate the URL keeping a specific compiler version as a parameter.

Check whether the file extension of smart contract is .sol

Overview

Currently, there's no check for the file extension that is being passed as an argument with the --file flag.
If we run, remix gen --file=NotAContract.txt , the tool will still generate an URL but it won't be of any use as the source code is neither Solidity nor Yul.
