Improvements to RP Query

Looks like the current query is using the MLT API using doc ids. We've found that:

1. The API is a lot less efficient (slower) than building the query yourself on the client side (though maybe this isn't true, we haven't tested in a long time and the problem was that the GET of the doc was very slow)
2. You don't always want to use MLT on the content. In particular it doesn't work well for short content where sometimes all of the terms will get removed
3. Adding in some rescoring based on who has liked/commented on a post can give a signficant boost to the relevancy
