fix aspect ratio

Currently the aspect ratio of one page of output is 1:sqrt(2). DCS maybe uses 1:2. Cross-check and fix.

Code for single-page and multi-page GRGs is highly redundant.

Print scale

There should be a scale that show height and width of a single grid element. This could be done by specifiying the latitudinal and longitudinal extent of the map given.

Overlap between parts of a map

Hi!
When taking a large map and dividing it to GRG's , I think it would be useful to have some overlap between the new GRGs. Sometime an important feature of the original map falls right in the stitch of two nearby maps and could get lost.
An overlap of a few dozen pixels/percents might resolve this.

If I may toss another suggestion:
When generating the maps, is it possible to increase the background size so as to maintain a good aspect-ratio (1:1.333) for proper kneeboard display?

• implement the conversion algorithm
• Scale the output resolution for images that are getting joined.
• add nofill flag no one probably needs that
• test with different input files (different sizes, aspect ratios, colors)
• update README

check and update output of `!grg help` and README.md

vertical scale shows wrong values

A picture with W x H = 1207 x 1340, for parameters scale=2, nx=6, ny=8 produces a GRG with the dimensions of a single grid 205 x 170 pixels. The width is labeled 611 m (correct), the height is labeled 685 m (not correct).

Allow to specify width of GRG

Add an option for the GRG bot to specify the width of a single page. Currently this default to 10.5cm. The LaTeX code is already there, only the argument parsing and forwarding in main.py is needed.

generate multi-page and single-page GRGs from the same command

As part of this, the naming scheme of the output files must be changed as well.

update help

!grg should reference !grg help, and !grg help must be updated.

better error messages on malformed input

Input !grg , keypad=4 results in the error message I did not understand the flag.

Keep the filename of the input file

Don't output files as grg-0.png and so on, but keep the naming scheme of the input file.

handle uppercase input

!Grg keypad=2 fails because of capital G
