Update: Akairo ESM Support

A user forked Akairo and added ESM support for it - it's not official, but it's very simple. It might be implemented officially soon (I hope it would):

Hola i'm working on a new framework but it's in eris. Is that something that could be added to the list or is it strictly discord.js frameworks.

Remove komada?

Komada is no longer being maintained or worked upon, should it be removed? The repo is archived, and practically all komada bots are now Klasa.

I found this framework while searching for something.

I thought it would be a neat addition. The repo is maintained from what I can see.

Commando unknown command event

A recent commit to Commando's GitHub repository removed the unknown command event in favor of using commands to (optionally) handle unknown commands. Commando comes with a default command to handle unknown commands which can be changed. The setting works on a per server basis using Commando's SettingProvider.

You should update the events section to reflect these changes.

The correct spelling is klasa not klassa
