Loading shouldn't allow for duplicating the database

FTC compatibility

This might be reaching a little far however it might be worth a shot. Might it be possible to also allow two teams per alliance for FTC instead of three? My quick look into the logic reveals some minor changes that would be required to change the match entry to support two teams per alliance instead of three.

Again, I am not underestimating the work required to implement this but I don't see any competing applications on the FTC side and this would broaden the reach of this application.

Don't allow team on alliance > once

Currently every single team on both alliances can be the exact same, which shouldn't happen. Hopefully the user is awake, but checks should be put in place to ensure a good outcome

Add a README

A readme would be extremely handy for those of us who want to know what this repo is all about.
Also, setting up the project would be a great addition for those who don't do a lot of Android app development.

Toasts Everywhere!

Whenever a user enters something, a toast should pop up to tell them that it worked

Put all menu options in hamburger menu

Redesign so that front page has top 10 teams

Another activity that just adds teams with numbers and names, rather than having to run matches over and over, doing it in chunks of 6 teams at a time

The textview on both of the display screens (ratings and upsets) is cut off at the bottom of the screen

Not sure what it's called, but where it keeps scrolling after you lift your finger
Currently it stops the second your finger comes up

Would make it easier to get it and update it, as well as making it more accessible

Should use TBA information when internet connection is available

Rather than a full keyboard, just display the keypad for quicker number entering
