Doesn't work

doesn't work here is my config. It never ranks anyone up.
I have vault(latest)
luckyperm(latest)
plan(latest)
XConomy(latest)
paper(spigot)(latest)

Error #1

If the rankup checks are too frequent (2-3 minutes) and a player becomes eligible during that time, the plugin will throw errors and repeat the rankup commands on console.

Wrong rank, wrong time

I can't get the plugin to execute at the right time, I get ranked up with less than 2 hours of playtime rather than after 6 hours like it's supposed to. Using PaperMC 1.16.3
