0、首先在Git托管网站登录账号
1、访问项目主页，点“Fork”，就在自己的账号下克隆了一个项目库
2、将自己的账号下的项目库克隆到本地计算机
3、在本地库修改提交代码
4、将修改后的本地库push推送到自己账号下的远程库
5、发起Pull Request拉请求。如果希望项目官方能接受你的修改，你可以发起一个 Pull Request，然后等待对方审核批准。
