Feature request: Allow to discard plated dish

When I make a mistake in a recipe I have a dish that I cannot get rid of (except for serving it to an unfriendly customer). I would be nice to be able to trash/discard such a dish.

Replace readline

We are currently using readline for command completion, which is not included in OSX & Win.

We try to solve this with rlcomple & pyreadline & ptpython.

We should consider migrating to python-prompt-toolkit for better interoperability.

moss milk instead of moss

In the Lush Meadows Shop on Mars, when I enter "buy 2 moss", the counter for "moss milk" increases instead of the one for moss.
