  3. Click "Login". A standard error dialog will appear.
  4. Dismiss the dialog. Null reference is thrown in AvatarManager.ProcessObjectQueueDeleteToNode

Texture color changes on certain camera angles

When I log in to an OpenSim grid, after the textures are downloaded, in some cases textures abruptly change their colors during camera movement. This only happens on upstream grids and has most probably to do with backface culling being turned off for those grids.

compile error

I follow the action as follows, get compile error.
1:get the source from git://github.com/3di/3di-viewer-rei.git,
2:run runprebuild2008.bat
3:run compile.bat,then I got the error message

I have compiled and run OpenSim upstream successfully in my computer.

OS spec:
XP sp3
Visual Studio 2008

Here is the compile error messages:

Changing top texture on a prim changes the bottom texture as well

Create a box prim. The same (default) texture is displayed on all faces.
Select and change the texture for the top face. Meerkat shows that the top face has the new texture, while all other faces retain the original (default) texture.

When viewer with Rei, however, the bottom face of the Prim also has the new texture assigned, rather than the expected. The below image illustrates the problem.

Textures only show on backfaces

When I log in to OSGrid's Lbsa Plaza with Rei, infoboards display incorrectly. The texture that is supposed to appear on the front face of the board does not appear from the front, however texture does appear from the back face. This is limited to the sculpted infoboards only, other prims display properly. The issue is probably related to incorrect backface culling.

For a comparison between Lbsa Plaza's boards in Meerkat and Rei, please refer to the image below.

can not display the changed texture color of the prim correctly

  1. login SLviewerA and 3Di ReiViewerB then monitor each other
  2. [create] a Box1 and [edit]-->[selectTexture]->select on side of Box1 by SLviewerA
  3. set a [texture] on side of Box1 by SLviewerA
  4. and check this texture by ReiViewerB (OK)
  5. and set [Color] on side of this Box1 by SLviewerA
  6. and check this texture color by ReiViewerB (NG)

------using [3di-viewer-rei] repository
--relogin user again and got same result that can not display that .
