Disable "add lift" button on main screen if weight == 0 or database doesn't contain an exercise

Warn user when deleting an exercise

Deleting an exercise also deletes all associated lifts. So it's a good idea to warn users that they'reabout to delete all lifts that reference that exercise – but only if there actually is a lift that refers to that exercise.

Use current time for timestamp when logging a lift

Embed cheat sheets for common workout plans and load/reps tables like Prilepin's chart for olympic lifting

Send user to exercise editor if no exercises are present

If the user wants to add a lift but no exercise is present in Core Data, send him to Settings/Exercise to add an exercise.

Wrong percentages in MainViewController when using certain formulas

There seems to be a bug in the methods oneRM() and/or rm() of Wathen, Mayhew, OConner, Epley and McGlothin.

Use a master/detail view to display the log

The master view should display exercise, date of lift, 1RM and reps+weight, as already implemented in the log's table view. The detail view should show rating and notes as well.

Log lift: Save button should be disabled when DB doesn't contain any exercises

Show progress of specific lift

Create a view with a nice diagram showing the progress of a specific lift.

Localization for German (de-DE)

Deletion of log entries should be undoable

In Lift log: Add an action to the trailing swipe actions that copies 1RM …
