Writeframe fails

Hy,
When i try to write buffer from encoder which is taking live video the resulted output does not play and also the size of the output is much lesser than the size of the file if i save the encoded buffer data into a file. Moreover the file is not playing with any player but the file which is created through saving the encoded data without mpegts conversion is playing fine. help is required.
