Workflow is missing.

Dear @8848digital Team, (@Vikas8600, @ascratech, @niralisatapara)
Hope you are doing well.

When we install the app then does not show any workflow and workflow state.
Please export workflow and workflow state using fixtures.

Without workflow and workflow state, the DSC purchase and DSC Sales do not work at any level.

[Bug] : If we install this app frappe version 13, 14, or 15 it give frappe docker issue with this package (pyjwt)
