Why is there BENV?

Can't this value always be figured out by the server_id argument?

Breaks with earleir chef (or something)

Basically I ran into this: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/14738091/cant-install-chef-gem-version-conflict-with-net-ssh-net-ssh-multi-net-ssh-gate (kinda sorta)

My solution to get past it was to manually specify latest chef version in infrastructure's Gemfile, but this should be specified in Boucher's Gemfile probably.

Feature request: reference instances by env+type

Often I have only one server per env+type combination (i.e. production+database). It'd be nice to say things like rake servers:ssh[production,database] instead of the tedious dance of rake servers:list[production] + find the right id + rake servers:ssh[the-right-id] + triple-check I got the right id, right environment and right type + finally press enter.

A way to get the Server or Instance ID of a newly provisioned server

It would be nice if the method Boucher.provision() returned the newly provisioned instance, or it's instance ID.

I could then use that information to do things like add CloudWatch Alarms to the newly provisioned instance, for example.

Bundle install fails on a Fog dependency

When trying to run the tests I get the following error.
