Add ddev commands for each TYPO3 cli

First I want to say thanks for the effort to develop such a neat helper.

Writing ddev exec v10/vendor/bin/typo3 is pretty long and works against having helper to speed up development. For our projects at the office I introduced the shortcut ddev typo3cms and it's really helpful which is why I suggest that too.

If there's no reason for not implementing I am more than happy to provide a PR. In addition I would add following shortcuts which could also replace these links in the README.md:

Above shortcuts would work similar to ddev launch which mean the backend can be accessed like this: ddev v8 typo3

run on ddev mutagen

hi

can you run this on ddev that supports mutagen?
Even If I disable mutagen for project I get error.

Mutagen docker volume is not mounted. Please use ddev restart

Of course I am running ddev restart without any luck. The same error again.

Add support for TYPO3 v11

Use ghcr.io/t3docs/render-documentation:latest instead.

New password (v12) in Dockerfile wrong

The password being displayed on placeholder index files, is still the old one ("password").
The new password ("Password:joh316") should appear there.
