區塊六 (獎項區塊) 螢幕比例改變，背景圓會被截掉部分
目前電腦螢幕比例是 1520*712 ，
因為圓的的比例是 100vw * 100vh ，
上下會被截掉
區塊 border 現在可以拿掉了
手機版第二區塊會有問題
default.mov
render後，區塊二會跑版
目前試著用 usestate 但會報錯 Uncaught TypeError: setPos is not a function

視窗長寬為 1280*577 時，開啟網頁就會發生。
完成定義
將 rwd 的斷點切分的細一些，可能要針對 vh 去做 responsive 。
或是設定 min-height
