1.下载 Qt SDK

建议最低版本 Qt 5.7开始

2. 下载DCMTK

最低选择 3.6版本，需要使用CMake先进行编译

软件采用Qt Creator开源框架，使用多插件方式编写，详细使用可以参考官方源码QTC
