Using 0.4.1 and seeing paths out of order and "//" at the end

Here's what I'm seeing in AppSignal

#Grape(v1)(api)::GET/channels/v1//
#Grape(v1)(dashboard)::GET/channels/:channel_id/components/v1//
#Grape(v1)(dashboard)::GET/networks/:id/v1//

And here's their actual corresponding paths

/api/v1/channels
/api/dashboard/v1/channels/:channel_id/components
/api/dashboard/v1/networks/:id

I'll take a look at the code generating those paths and submit a PR if I can

Grape 0.16 support

The gem raise this error when used with grape 0.16.2:

undefined method `settings' for #<#<Class:0x007fece36cc7d0>:0x007fece9da5600>

I suppose grape changed its middleware internal API.
