As far as I know, #find has the intention to act like Rails' implementation of ActiveRecord, which returns a single element - behavior seen at https://github.com/aarongough/ruby-tmdb/blob/master/lib/ruby-tmdb/tmdb_movie.rb#L32 .

Irio is correct in saying that I was aiming to emulate ActiveRecord. That being said I do not believe that the behaviour is ideal, and if I was re-writing Ruby-Tmdb now I would change it to always return an array.

That being said I am essentially only doing maintenance on Ruby-Tmdb these days, so if you would like to change the behaviour please feel free to create a fork and publish it as Irio has done!

Thanks!
