Adding a tooltips / annotations on the image for specified axis (x,y)

Adding a tooltips / annotations actions on the image to be a tips or actions for the users.

Implement:

• still progressing

make the package work with the local image provider [assets,files,memory].

add a new logic to preview the local images.

Implementation:

• Add an additional properties according to the dev choices between [cloud-local]
• cache the provided local image to load faster

remove annoying logs in debug mode

Please remove these from ci360_view.dart, line 423:
if (kDebugMode) { print('CIImageChangedReason chane to mode $_mode'); }
these are very annoying logs.
