The feature would basically be a dynamic diagram that changes colors and there would be a landscape perhaps using CSS or a library like ThreeJS and it would change dynamically based on the current weather status of the city, and there will be a sun shaped/moon shaped object that moves according to the time at the searched location (We already get the time of the city or country using the API)
Time prop doesn't change because using new Date() keeps referencing the same value,
Use the string 24-format time and then use substring to get the hours and the minutes as separate variables/constants
