Pressing tab does not bring focus to theme toggle.

In https://abell-starter-minima.netlify.app, Pressing tab does not add focus to the toggle in the top right corner. This makes it impossible for the people who are navigating through a keyboard to change the theme.

The code behind the index and content is in, src/index.abell and src/template/content.abell

Migrate to `rem` for font size

Currently, I wrote CSS that uses px for font-size but having them in rem is a good practice for accessibility.

Note: This issue is especially for beginners in the web so if you're comfortable in contributing to open-source, I will highly suggest to check out other issues in this repository or other repositories under this organization
