Replace CDI implementation

Atm, Weld is used for DI. Weld applies an unnecessarily overhead to the project.

• Improve DI implementation by replacing weld with a simple DI mechanism, which manages the states of all presenters and services (An application scoped like scope should be sufficient for all instances).

Features of injector:

• Enable injection of instances by annotation (reuse javax.inject.Inject).
• Enable to clear all instances (for test purposes).
• Atm, jsr299's Producer feature is used somewhere in application. Either implement a similar functionality or replace Producer managed instances with an alternative solution.
