Add support where running a `drush` & `composer` command can be identified.

Just a thought:
Check it something like this will be possible or not:
Example 1:

idk install

This will run:

ddev composer install

Example 2:

idk site-install -y

This will run:

ddev drush site-install -y

It will be interesting to see if this can be possible. Plus I thing we will need to move to some other language with which we can scale this more.

Add more support for `composer` based commands

List down any command which we feel can be added as:

idk exampe-composer-command

Saving preference when both `lando` and `ddev` config are present

Saving preference when both lando and ddev config are present so that user don't need to select which one to use. Ones set it will remember until one choose to reset or change it.
