Help with Space Crystallizer

Now I don't even know if you check this anymore saying I don't know how old this mod is but I discovered a problem whilst going through the campaign where it says the space crystallizer is banned and I can't place it down.
Please can you help me out with this issue

Great mod, Just needs work.

I was playing this mod and I realized, Why can I not build something actually modded on serpulo with the resources given to me? So please add some stuff to at least the craters.
