Getting more done in GitHub with ZenHub

Hola! @eujc21 has created a ZenHub account for the abrenaut organization. ZenHub is the only project management tool integrated natively in GitHub – created specifically for fast-moving, software-driven teams.

How do I use ZenHub?

To get set up with ZenHub, all you have to do is download the browser extension and log in with your GitHub account. Once you do, you’ll get access to ZenHub’s complete feature-set immediately.

What can ZenHub do?

ZenHub adds a series of enhancements directly inside the GitHub UI:

  • Real-time, customizable task boards for GitHub issues;
  • Multi-Repository burndown charts, estimates, and velocity tracking based on GitHub Milestones;
  • Personal to-do lists and task prioritization;
  • Time-saving shortcuts – like a quick repo switcher, a “Move issue” button, and much more.

Add ZenHub to GitHub

Still curious? See more ZenHub features or read user reviews. This issue was written by your friendly ZenHub bot, posted by request from @eujc21.

ZenHub Board

Feature: See other players

We enjoyed the game very much, but it would be even more fun, to see the markers of all opponents with their names.

Anything what would prevent someone from implementing it?

Not installable with Python 2.7 and not running on Python 3 - Debian container

I'm trying to run the app from a Debian container.
My settings :

Then I tried with python3.
No problems with requirements install.
run.py seems to run fine but the game is not launching right (see picture).

UX: Larger map view

Here are some quick ideas for the UI.

  • Increase the size of the world map (theater or panorama view).
  • Move the highscore list to a sidebar on the right.
  • Change mercator projection the something different (maybe Miller projection, greenland is very huge in web mercator). But seems we should keep the projection equirectangular. Or at least change the default zoom to only include the top of canada/alaska/sweden and the bottom of chile/argentina/new zealand.

UI, when I click on map, it's dragging instead of placing my marker

Nice game, just a thing that make me lose some points:

Sometimes I click to place my guess, but on my touchpad, I swipe a little and it moves the map instead and does not place the marker, and the time is over before I put it again.

To fix it, I think that:

  • the map should not move
  • and/or the marker should be placed onMouseDown instead of on mouse release to place the marker a little faster.

XSS?

After some time, at the end of a match it would alert xss (cross site script)?
