Create shopping lists

My idea was that items can be added to shopping lists or copied or moved to them. Example: Buy 3 apples at Penny and 5 apples at Lidl.
And that you can also edit and delete the shopping list you have created.
The idea would be to share the respective shopping list with someone else,
i.e. not just 1 apple but the following from Penny.

OLED/Pure Black dark mode

Due to the shitty Github issue forms, I had to rewrite this suggestion in an edit.

Simply: add an optional pure black dark mode to the app for OLED screen support.

Purpose

On the shopping list, sometimes quantities need to be weight-based units. For example, sugar and produce are often sold by weight and a unit would clarify. If I enter 5 for apples, do I need 5 kg of apples or do I need 5 apples? Currently, the app only allows the number pad with no way of entering units.

Solution

Allow the full keyboard while entering quantities. Additionally, of not currently allowed, allow alphabetic text in the quantity field for an item.

As explained above, without the type of quantity, it is sometimes impossible to tell how much to buy. I can use another note taking app instead. That's often just as easy, I suppose.

Purpose

It can become a better tool when it has more features and is more customisable.

Solution

Lists can be seen by sliding on the left or right (Right preferred)

Items can be edited by tapping on the pencil icon. Allow edit of name & amount.

Instead of a bin icon, change it to a check icon and make the text strike through, remove decoration by tapping the check icon again.

Making items dissapear and then realise it was the wrong item can be inconvenient.

The current add and subtract buttons use too much space for a smartphone.

An option with a long press on trash can, changing its color without deleting. So things done would be maked, without deleting it.

I am looking for a minimalistic shopping list - in order to share its contents with the other people in my household.

Solution

The app should at least allow to safe the data in a custom folder. This enables the user to sync a shopping list between devices.

That was simply information about what is still possible. You would then only have to enter the
screenshots in fastlane. This is just one way that you can also add screenshots to the app view
if you can. If you added screenshots (then F-Droid is happy) and if you can't add any -> then
you can close the issue because it was only an info. Thank you that your app is available in
fdroid. Very much for your attention.

I like your app very much, but I missed one feature, marking ab item as done without deleting it from the list and I never used the +/- option. Because I put in the list the quantity

Currently, only the article that is being entered can be shared.
Items already on the shopping list cannot be shared.

Suggestion: Every single item on the shopping list can be shared with someone.
(And this someone can then click on the link and add it to the shopping list).
