Missing locale

There is no locale set. This leads to a skipped test in dune-common.

Add a recursive clone option to duneci-install-module

I have Dune modules with git submodules. They should be cloned with the --recursive flag. It would be nice to work this into duneci-install-module. I can provide a patch next week if you want.

PDELab fails to build with clang in 2.6 release config

I've just branched off the 2.6 release branch for PDELab, but when switching to the corresponding release config, I have a problem with the clang build (cf. https://gitlab.dune-project.org/pdelab/dune-pdelab/merge_requests/290/pipelines). It fails the STDTHREAD_WORKS test from dune-common, so I wonder if the build of that container even passed. The pdelab-deps containers are based on dune-git and dune-2.6, respectively. The only difference seems to be that dune-git is based on base-9, while dune-2.6 is based on base-10. I've no idea what's going on there. One short term solution would be to downgrade dune-2.6 to base-9. What do you think?
