Enhance the source code

As title, I think it should do some works are as follows:

• Remove vendor folder because it's the dependencies.
• Add the manual autoloader for some developers don't use Composer.
• Test enhancement.
• Add the HTTP server configuration guide for Nginx configuration.
• Add the deployment section in official doc.
• Apply the fixes by coding style tools. Such as StyleCI or some codding style tools.
• Integrate the CI build service.
• Other useful works. (May be @ace411 can add other useful works?)
