Refactor to standard move and copy assignment & ctors

Right now, call classify_all_simplices every time triangulation is moved (i.e., an S3ErgodicMove is performed).

Refactor this so there is a separate update() function which can be called less frequently, and allows for compiler-written Rule of 0 copy/move constructors/assignment operators.

I am working on Constrained Delaunay tetrahedralization which is about approximation of a continuous space with discrete counter-part represented using a complex of tetrahedrons which are constrained by input boundaries. It is heavily reliant on CGAL's Linear cell complex and Delaunay triangulation.

I find your project interesting because as I understand from the description, it adds physical meaning to that tetrahedralization and will introduce me to the study of gravity.

Fix parallel insertion/deletion into Delaunay triangulations

Description of Problem, Request, or Question

Delaunay Triangulations can be inserted into or deleted from in parallel using TBB by setting CGAL_LINKED_WITH_TBB. This fails under the current build.

Parssing args error

I don't know why, but I had to modify command parssing in order to get cdt working.

I disabled long options to allow parssing args successfully, but certainly, this is not the best way to make it work.
