New multiset release

There were couple of bugfixes integrated since the last release (0.1.0). It would be nice to release another version with these fixes. We are hitting NPE in empty multiset here and it would be helpful if next multiset version is released.

New release for "Must hint overloaded method: toArray"?

Hi there! It looks like there's a patch which fixes this compilation error:

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Must hint overloaded method: toArray
clojure.lang.Compiler$CompilerException: Syntax error compiling deftype* at (multiset/core.clj:12:1).

It looks like this patch fixes things, but it hasn't been released to Clojars yet. Would it be possible to get an 0.1.1 release, or at least a new snapshot deployed?

Would be nice to have a fixed non-snapshot release of this.

I just deployed [com.gfredericks.forks.org.clojars.achim/multiset "0.1.0-5ee7264"] in the meantime.

Calling vec on an empty multiset throws a null pointer exception

In the repl, if I do:

(require '[multiset.core :as ms])
(vec (ms/multiset))

it gives me this error:
NullPointerException multiset.core.MultiSet (core.clj:73)

In a project I'm working on, it does this when I try to call vec on other empty multisets.
