🐞 Can't add rows in registration form after removing last row

On the registration page under the divisions (Blue, Gold, Eagle). Once removing the last row, such that there are 0 rows, unable to add a new row.

This is because the javascript depends on the first (#row_0) as a template for the others.

Null values cancel team

If there are any null values for teams (shirts, etc.) it cancels the team and does not add them to the database.

Information of wanted environments doesn't show up on some entires

The entire 'Other Information' table doesn't show up in some cases. Look at school 49 for more information.

Min and Max on shirts

We know there will only be x number of kids on a team. This will help us with limiting discrepancies in our numbers for the t-shirt order.

Show which fields are required for register button to become enabled

Need a way to show the user that there are fields in which they have not submitted any information, but are required for submission of the form

Navbar not changing to active

When a page on the navbar is selected, the script in /js/header.js is not running to style the page as active on the navbar.

Nav Bar selected not appearing

Nav bar current page is back to not being underlined. Was fixed with commit a939a59. Look to make sure the most recent commit didn't override this in any way.

Mailing list subscribe page does not work

Have teams be a required field when added

When a user chooses to register for a division, make the fields in the division required, and if they uncheck the division, they are no longer required.

Don't allow registering without at least one team

Make sure at least one of the divisions is shown, and has a team in it.

Archive Section Sidebar Background not showing

Currently on Firefox, at least, the sidebar is not being styled correctly.

The background should be a dark color like the backdrop of the dropdown.

First team is duplicated

When adding teams, the first team is duplicated.

Back / edit functionality

Somewhat of a bug because certain fields don't show up when the user tries to go back using the back arrow. Some sort of edit functionality or handling of the back button seems needed.
