Feature request: Option to ignore subalbums

Would be great if there is an option to choose whether subalbums are displayed in the archive listing.

Sort order for day to be consistent with year & month

Sort option is currently applicable for year & month only. Is it possible to have albums listing sorted according to sort order for year & month? For example, if sort order is descending then year/month/day are all in descending order, if ascending then all are in ascending order. The screenshot explains it better:

Also, albums are not sorted by date (circled in screenshot). I'm not sure how the albums are sorted, maybe by ID number?

Errors in output

I copied both functions to album.php
Btw: the example functions in he comment printASTtitleByDateArchive() should read printTitleByDateArchive()

1. For both functions there's a printed array. Something like this:

    [2] => 2010-10
    [6] => 2011-08
    [9] => 2012-02
    [11] => 2013-01
)

2. When a plugin option is NOT checked I also get this error:

Notice: Undefined variable: authorfull in .../zenphototest/plugins/title_by_date_archive.php on line 223

No plugin options visible

I see that there are plugin options but they are not visible on the plugin options page.

Page jumps to top when expanding/collapsing year links

The whole page jumps to the top when clicking year links.

No PHP tags in title_by_date_archive.php

There are no opening and closing PHP tags in the file.
