update readme instructions to not add any other dependencies

it seems by just declaring the proper peer dependencies npm now will install it in the parent project ok?

feat: provide intrinsic executable to run app scripts like lint, lint-fix

Instead of asking apps to add custom scripts to their package.json like this:
