Lesson special characers.

Hi, back from a long time.

How can you do to make the lesson generator taking special character like french accent?
At the moment these characters are simply ignored and result in truncated words.

An other thing that would be great is to ignore space in the generation of trigram and any other lesson.

Can you illustrate each addition you made and how to use it?

I'm trying to figure out how to use the split lesson regex and I can't find any help in the readme.

If you can make a list of each feature and a little explanation and an example that would be great.

That would be really helpful for complete rookie like me.

Convert to utf-8?

Hi,
I don't know if you are still working on this, but I wondered if it was possible to convert the code to utf-8?

At the moment there are issue in the lesson generator with special characters. I'm not sure if convert to utf-8 will solve the issue but any way to solve this little issue would be great.

Using a ghost, predefined pace.

An addition that would be great is to have a cursor showing you a pace you are trying to match.

For example you would like to force you to type at 50wpm, you enter this pace and it create a ghost that show the cursor overlaying the text and follow it as if you were typing at a steady speed of 50 wpm.

At the moment I'm doing this with a metronome and just enter the character per minute I'm trying to match.

It seems to force me to learn to type better because I have a fix amount of time to type the key. It help to increase your typing speed and your accuracy as long as you don't try to reach a pace that is to high for your current proficiency.

If you are currently typing at 50 and you are trying to match a 70wpm or higher ( I just took these number as en exemple) you will have an hard time to follow the pace without loosing too much accuracy.
But if you are just trying to match 55wpm it can give you the right amount of stress to force you to increase your speed.

Merge with lalop fork?

Thank you for your improvement on Amphetype, the new phrase base generation is much more pleasant.

I'd like to suggest if that would be possible to merge your change with those of lalop.
He improved the interface and made the text display more advandced.

Both of your forks are great and complement each other.
So would it be possible to merge both changes?
