add support for specifying user and password for arangodb

Right now there is no way to specify a username and password for arangodb.
in most cases the access will need to be protected with username, password.
I can submit a patch if needed. These can be optional parameters.

Removing policy fails if autosave is enabled

Observed

1. Enforcer enables auto save: enforcer.EnableAutoSave(true)
2. Some field mapping list is provided in adapter eg.: `{"p", "v0", "v1", "v2", "v3"}
3. Remove operation will fail as long as policy has less arguments than presented in mapping:
   enforcer.RemovePolicy("adam", "read", "book"): Could not remove policy: AQL: no value specified for declared bind parameter 'V3' (while parsing)

Expected

Policy should be removable no matter how long mapping is.
