Course asset entries are not removed on course deletion

When a course is deleted the courseassets database collection retains the content-asset relationships.

When subsequently trying to remove an asset no longer in use the following error occurs:

Used assets

This is already possible by querying the courseassets API (specifying assetId).

Results will contain multiple entries for a single course where an asset has been used more than once (e.g. for graphic small/large), so we may want to add a query option to only return unique results

Unused assets

If this is something that's needed for one asset at a time, it would be possible to just negate the above (i.e. results would be 0) - it might be worth running this on the server side to reduce requests.

If results are needed in bulk (i.e. a complete list of all unused assets), it will need separate requests to query the assets API for assets which don't appear in the courseassets API. This is a bit messy in its current state due to the need for multiple requests (will also be restricted by pagination).
