Main stuck in infinite loop

Main is stuck in infinite loop when you run it for the second time after creation of hello.tsn. Probably line 453, while(!input,.eof())

Error in thread creation

Trying to get 3 threads running for subscribers, but when 2 threads are launched it gives an error seg fault, core dumped or error in dds cannot create participant invalid handle

In Request.cpp, specifically in the list_pub_users, we need to figure out how to parse the seconds from the file. And possible refactor the entire function.

Fix Statistics function

Statistics function core dumps due to floating point exception. DEBUG: *6*!!!!!! Floating point exception (core dumped)

Number of highest post

Integrate number of highest post with the file. All the functionality is there to do it minus the file functionality.

Load post is returning a string correctly, but it has a colon at the beginning for some reason.

Still having an issue after sending a message. I believe that the threads are interfering with std::cin.

edit_data function

The edit_data function does not overwrite the file data rather it just modifies the user instance. This function needs to overwrite the file data
