Anime club: Tora con app

This is similar to #4 (RIT anime club app), however, this app will just be focused on Tora con.
It will be used by people at RIT and beyond.

Currently RIT's Anime club is using a third party service for the event app. They were using this service along with campus-groups. The necessity of using two apps was just inconvenient, confusing, and hard to manage.

This app's goal would be to provide better and streamlined management ability that meets the requirement to use campus groups (under the hood) and have a simple and easy to use UI and a coherent UX.

Organize Files

I've made a share drive and invited all of you to it, you should be able to find it via your school google drive.
I recommend downloading Drive File Stream so that you can access everything offline and such.

RIT Anime club app

Front end application for Anime Club:

They are currently required by RIT to use campus groups, but we can make an app none the less.

The app's main functionality would be the Tora con event guide. This will be accompanied by some general features for the club members and newbies.

Pull Request approvals

Approvals for these requests take longer then they should, we need to define a procedure to solve this issue

MyCourses iCal fix

MyCourses currently has no iCal functionality. iCal is simply a standard that lets you download a calendar feed and add it to your online calendar app of choice. I have an iPhone and currently use iCal to sync my google calendar with Tiger Center, allowing me to instantly view my class times and locations via my calendar app. Imagine the same functionality but for all your MyCourses assignments. Due dates for all your own assignments would appear instantly on your phone's lock screen.

• Retrieve assignment data from MyCourses assignments page and create an iCal feed out of it

• Allows students to add their MyCourses assignments to their Google calendar

• Synchronization with smartphones (iPhone or Android) would allow instant access to all your upcoming assignment information with a single swipe

This would include using some external resources for creating the feed, but overall I think this would be really useful. If we make this I'd use it on a daily basis.

New RIT App, That's Actually Intuitive

A version of the RIT app that’s actually intuitive in some way so that you don’t need to wait 20 minutes to figure out what food places are open

Tiger center + SIS + Bus app

An end all be all for all of General RIT services.

This app's purpose is to provide it's users with a coherent and seamless experience while using services provided by rit.

This is a big boi, so we'll be discussing it and simplifying it further if we go with this idea.
