Speedhack update requires entering practice mode

To update the speed and pitch values with the current hacked values requires change to be called with current_speedfactor and pitchshiftslow1.pitch respectively. This isn't done in quickplay but is on loading practice mode.

One easy potential fix requires a qb.pak.xen script modification: call change with the default parameters of 1 and 1 when selecting any song on the menu.

Another potential fix that doesn't require game file modification would be to instead have a detour when a song is loaded, to call change from native code with the override parameters.
