This repository consists of three files: location.txt, names.txt, and quotes.txt. As the name suggests, you have to add your location, name, and a favourite quote to these files. This repository is for those who are getting started with open source, git, and github.

While contributing to this repository, you are requested to follow some basic rules as stated below:
⭐While adding your name to the names.txt file, you are requested to add your name or your account name if you desire not to disclose your real name.
⭐While adding your location to the location.txt file, you are asked to add the country you belong to.
⭐While adding quotes to quotes.txt, you are requested not to add quotes that have hatred toward any other religion, caste, creed, sex, or community.
Open the terminal or git bash acccording to your preference then use the following commands according to the order provided below :
mkdir '.\GITHUB PROJECTS\'
cd '.\GITHUB PROJECTS\'
git clone https://github.com/coder-XX04/Beginners-On-Github
cd Beginners-On-Github
code .
After doing all the necessary changes to the files in the repo use the following commands to push the changes to the remote repo :
git add -A
git commit -m "type your message"
git push origin main
This part contains the links to the opensource projects repos, hackathons and the sites which you can visit and make your first contribution as a begineer in opensource.
