Create a contributing guideline

Help others contribute to the repository by adding a contribution guideline, making it more detailed and apt. Add help for cloning, branching, making new PRs, merging with master, and solving merge conflicts. Take help of other established projects for this.

Add Initial Resources, Courses, Books

Make a roadmap and allow for choosing different languages stating their use. For each add courses, books and tutorials. Provide links to awesome lists for each language (if any).
