to update question 3 last part of it

pour ce qui concerne la quesyion 3 la derniére partie on doit modifier le code XML et rajouter XSD pour valider la forme de notre structure XML. et on doit utiliser LAMDA expression pour recuperer les themes d'une liste de defusion

Récupération par thème des listes de diffusion existantes (utilisez le mécanisme d’expressions non nomm ́ees !!! ( il veux dire par cela LAMDA expression )) :
les données récupérées doivent être dans un format XML que vous définirez
