Asterisk 13 Compatibility

Hi, I am trying to compile this against Asterisk 13 and it is failing.

Is there any chance this can be updated to support 13?

Undeclared variable when compiling against Asterisk 11

When compiling against Asterisk 11 (Asterisk 11.12.1), I get the following error:

chan_capi_ami.c: In function ‘pbx_capi_ami_register’:
chan_capi_ami.c:105: error: ‘module’ undeclared (first use in this function)
chan_capi_ami.c:105: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
chan_capi_ami.c:105: error: for each function it appears in.)

It appears that commit #1 04be6ca is responsible - the methods expect variable module, but myself is provided.

The following diff allows me to compile successfully:
