To reproduce this, one can manually exhaust their API keys, (don't worry it will automatically reset in 1 hr). Please however don't abuse this!

To not deal with the api, not sure if would be usefull:

to fix it up!

Using <dict>.get() and then checking if tag_name is None or not, and/or match message key (with/without regex) if it is about exhausted API in GitHub.

I currently have exams coming by, so if anyone else want volunteer for it, then please go for it 😄
