Command to list problems

Add a command (or commands) to list problems.
The idea would be to have a command, or a few commands, to help find problems 
directly from the program.
A few ideas are:
- show problem categories (the ones that appear when 'problem' is open on the 
webpage);
- show problems from a given category;
- search problems from a partially given name
- search problems from a partially given name, in a given category

"Problem" command broken

The 'problem' command is showing weird results (javascript and html, but no 
problem content).

Current host and existing hosts

Add command to show the currently selected host, and also a command to show all 
the possible hosts, and how to select them (which value to use on sethost).

Add a command to show the user the programming languages that can be used to 
submit solutions
